Had a great birthday today!
I went and saw The Adventures of Tintin for a second time in theaters, this time with my family, and then went out to eat with them. Then I picked up a video game, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West (which has mo-cap by Andy Serkis and he plays the main character in it :D ) and went home to sit back and relax.

So I went to the midnight showing of Tintin... and...
Though I was the only person at the midnight showing for it, it was worth every penny. I’m really hoping that there will be better reception by moviegoers in the coming weeks, as well as from critics alike since they seem to be bashing it so far here at least (which I don’t understand why). But that aside, I enjoyed it tremendously and smiled like and idiot at the simple Tintin-esque...

chocolatpourvous replied to your post: Eye doctor appointment tomorrow. Whi… OHGOSH. I am the worst at that poof air thing. the poor person that is administering it has to do it like 15 times before it works ._. That is exactly how it is with me as well! I just know it’s coming, and my eyelid twitches, and I’m squinting but trying to keep my eye open. Then, after a bunch of...

Also the chance of getting my eyes dilated, which require eyedrops which I’m terrible with as well.

I’m very upset about this, it’s one of my favorite attractions and always will be. I understand that the appeal isn’t as great because the film is so old but it’s such a classic and my favorite movie of all time. I won’t even be able to ride it one last time because I live so far away from Orlando. :( They have other spaces on their lot to make attractions, just use those. Or get rid of the...

Just spent my time watching the VGA's on Spike...
and it was AMAZING! Batman: Arkham City won a bunch of awards ~ ; there were world premeires for the Alan Wake DLC, The Amazing Spider-Man, The Last of Us, Bioshock: Infinites, Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, and a few other games; Portal 2 clips; Zelda was inducted into the video game hall of fame; a lot of hilarity; great music; and JOKER WINNING THE BEST CHARACTER AWARD. A bit peeved Skyrim...
